The American developer Hans Reiser, author of the well known file system RaiserFS was found guilty of first-degree murder of his ex-wife Nina Reiser. Nina disappeared September 2006. He faces a sentence of 25 years to life in prison. Sentencing is set for July 9th 2008.
His lawyer is going to appeal against the court decision.
